Three-Phase Pumping Station SFA Sanicubic 2 SC5.5 T

The SFA Sanicubic 2 SC5.5 T pumping station is designed for installations that require powerful and continuous evacuation of large volumes of wastewater. Equipped with two three-phase motors of 5500 W (P2), this unit allows evacuation of up to 160 m³/h, reaching manometric heights of up to 18 meters, making it an ideal solution for large collective, public, or commercial installations.

The pumps, made of GG-20 cast iron, incorporate single-channel impellers with a free passage of solids up to 100 mm, ensuring effective treatment of wastewater with coarse particles. The motors work alternately to reduce wear but can also operate simultaneously if hydraulic demand requires it.

The 1000-liter tank is made of high-density polyethylene (PE HD) and has a useful volume of 500 L. The DN 150 inlet allows connection of all the building's downpipes, while evacuation and ventilation are carried out through DN 100 connections. The system is installed directly on the ground, without the need for excavation, facilitating its integration into new projects or renovations.

The start and stop of the pumps are controlled by a pneumatic pressure switch, ensuring precise operation without unnecessary accumulation. The included ZPS 2 electronic panel allows configuration of levels, recording of operating cycles, and activation of visual and acoustic alarms in case of failure, improving operational safety.
