SFA Sanifos 610 2 VX SP S Pumping Station - Single-phase Vortex Version

The SFA Sanifos 610 2 VX SP S pumping station is designed to evacuate domestic or commercial wastewater in environments where gravity drainage is not available. This single-phase version is equipped with two Sanipump VX submersible pumps with vortex impellers, capable of evacuating solids up to 50 mm without the need for grinding.

The system allows automatic operation with pump alternation to prolong the lifespan of the unit, as well as simultaneous activation in case of a large volume of water. Thanks to its hydraulic power, it reaches a maximum flow rate of 23 m³/h and a head height of up to 14 meters, making it suitable for demanding technical installations with vertical or long-distance evacuation.

The tank, made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), offers a total volume of 610 liters and a useful volume of 170 liters. It is reinforced with a hermetic screw-on lid capable of withstanding up to 200 kg of point load, and its interior design prevents sedimentation between pumping cycles.

The system is delivered fully equipped with an intelligent Smart Control panel, allowing advanced management of the equipment, with cycle logging, alarms, incidents, and maintenance scheduling from a digital screen. It also includes two lifting chains, DN connection seals, and a pre-assembled hydraulic kit with non-return valves and shut-off valves for each pump.
